Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation verbally or via email along with a tax invoice.

The cost of delivery is not included in the price of gift basket, this will be discussed with you when you place the order and will be itemised on the tax invoice.

Breda’s Delightful Basket will dispatch a replacement on an item if notification is received by email within 5 working days of delivery date, along with a photograph of the damaged item.

If you provide the incorrect address, and the product has been dispatched we will not be held responsible. If your order is return back to us, you will be required to cover the fee for new delivery. We recommend that you check the delivery address upon placing your order.

We accept direct deposit into our bank account. Payment is required prior to dispatch, however for large corporate orders, credit terms may be available.
